The Ask
Our client first purchased this home 15 years ago and hired us to design the first and second floors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our client was working from home and suddenly needed a new office with more privacy than the main house could offer.
Living Spaces, Office, Kitchen, Wet Bar, Bathrooms
They wanted to add workable space above the garage while also providing a space for guests to stay. It was also time for a full kitchen renovation.
The Outcome
We led a renovation that included creating an office and guest suite above the garage.
In the kitchen, our focus was on customizing the entire room to bring more efficiency and height. Because we design with longevity in mind, the new construction flows seamlessly with the home we designed one and a half decades ago.
