The Ask
After relocating to Charlotte from New York, the client hired us to redesign her high-rise condo in the 4th Ward neighborhood.
Built in 2002, the space was dated, felt constrained and required significant upgrading. Our client sought a timeless and modern space with ample storage.
The Outcome
The home now imbues tranquil sophistication and urban livability.
Our client was drawn to Diel’s aesthetic after visiting our Showroom. Working within the constraints of a small space, we balanced clean lines with rich textures and a warm palette to soften her modern style and define intentional, purposed spaces. We also collaborated with the Client’s chosen contractor and additional vendors to renovate the entire condo within the limitations of a high-rise.
