The Ask
We began work on this project in its initial stages when our client first purchased the lot and hired an architect. Although the client had never worked with a design firm before, they’d seen our work at another house in the neighborhood and wanted the same level of intention and beauty in their own home.

A busy young family, they needed a team who could lead them through the building and design processes and project manage with the builder, minimizing their personal time investment while guaranteeing seamless execution.
The Outcome
By getting to know this family, their functional needs for each room, and their design preferences, we were able to create a home that perfectly fits their lifestyle and features entirely new furnishings.
Importantly to the client, every detail was complete and in its right place before they moved in, allowing them to enjoy each space—from the home office to entertaining areas—from the moment they walked through the front door.
